I would just need to know (via a message) the measurement from base of neck to harness attachment point and if it’s a vertical or horizontal hole needed.

Beautifully made item that feels really good quality. Roxy is going to be dry and cosy this winter. Also it won't have to go over her head and it wont rub under her arms. We are both so very happy.
